Intermediate Slab Clinic
Ready to feel steadier and more confident on slab?
Join Grace, our resident slab whisperer, for a supportive, technique-focused session designed to turn hesitation into intention on slab.
Slab can feel mysterious with tiny footholds, subtle body shifts, and the doubt that can override that “trust your foot” moment. This intermediate clinic focuses on the techniques that make slab climbing click while also helping you build confidence on lower-angle terrain. Through mobility and strength exercises, movement skills, and on-the-wall drills, you’ll learn precise footwork, smart positioning, when to use each skill, and strategies to manage the fear that often shows up on slab so you can move more calmly and confidently.
