Dr. Franco Lacroix-Leung is back and this time, he’ll be helping you dive into the difference between skill acquisition and strength and conditioning training! Climbing is a complex sport that often requires a broad range of specific skills. Learn how to best utilize your training session as Dr. Franco guides you through the differences between dynamic and static strength; and central and peripheral nervous system training.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be over the age of 16

COST: (does not include entry into the facility)

$20 + gst*
