In this class made for climbers, you’ll work on balance, mobility, and strength to compliment your climbing.

Emilia Maka – 200-hour Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda certified instructor
All abilities welcome, please bring your own mat.
TIME: Sundays 9:00 – 10:00 am
Please arrive on time. Doors close at 9am.
COST: $10 drop in fee
This fee does not include climbing.
